Artistic Quality (40%)
Craft, technique, and visual impact. Judges look for intention and skill, not perfection. Any medium is valued equally.

Connection to Theme (40%)
How thoughtfully does the work engage with the multicultural experience?

Artist Statement (20%)
A short written reflection on what the piece means. Judges value honesty and personal voice over formal writing.
